APPRECIATION
I give thanks to the Almighty for His grace , I hereby NOOR SHUHADA BINTI AHMAD YUSOF (21DIP15F1022) Polytechnic Balik Pulau, Penang students following a course Diploma in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (PROGRAMMING) have successfully completed the training session Industry in DIGITAL PADU SDN BHD for one semester.
I would like to thank you to En Wan Rahmani Zarif as my supervisor in Digital Padu Sdn Bhd for hiring me and giving me the opportunity to work as your trainee in IT department, the one who have guided me in the task given and all the trainee that help me a lot whenever I need help during preparing the task provided for me. Without any helped from them, I won’t be able to finished my internship for this semester.
Not forgetting also to the entire staff of the Califamoda Group which has provided tutoring, guidance and share knowledge about the ins and outs of the job and the job of the coach to do all coaches trained by the company. Without their help it would not be able to coach this industrial training like this successfully. Without you all certainly cannot provide coach training typed report this industry.
In addition, I would also like to thank the Polytechnic especially for lecture in the Industry Liaison & Training Officer for giving flexibility to the student to find their own place to do the training. Similarly, advice and guidance to hold a briefing session for Industrial Training and preparation methods to prepare a book report complete industrial training and meet the specified criteria.

The father and mother of a beloved family who loved, DIGITAL PADU SDN BHD, Califamoda Group and all colleagues Polytechnic Balik Pulau, also immediate relatives who always give support and encouragement completely when undergoing training this industry. Thanks also go out to all lectures Department of Information Technology and Communication as much guidance and the imu theoretical and practical training before i run this industry.
